The following terms and conditions must be followed and are in place to ensure members and guests have a safe and enjoyable time at The Golf Shed Warrnambool.

Please obey all terms and conditions.

Golf can be dangerous. Be aware at all times of swinging clubs and ricocheting balls out of the bays as both can be extremely dangerous.

CLUBS MUST BE CLEAN AND HAVE NO RUST, and only use the balls provided. Dirty clubs and balls can mark the impact screens. 

You will be liable for any damage.

Bring your own clean clubs. We do not provide clubs. 

We are an unstaffed facility. Please place balls and tees back in place and put all rubbish in the bin.

Use the provided tees only and always hit in the hitting zone of the simulator.

No children under 12 years of age are permitted in The Golf Shed Warrnambool.

If you make a booking, you are responsible for the conduct and equipment of all people in your booking. Any damage to the premises or other persons caused by careless use of equipment or other intentional or negligent acts are the financial responsibility of the person who made the booking.

Only the number of paid for players are allowed to use simulators.

Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. No swinging of clubs outside of the simulator bays for safety reasons.

Only one person should be in the hitting area at a time. Everyone must keep a safe distance and keep watch of the person using the simulator at all times.

Before you swing any club, check your surroundings to ensure no one or anything is within the range of your swing. Be aware of your backswing and follow-through at all times

All shots must be directed towards the impact screen.

Swinging of clubs should always take place on the hitting area of the mat, including practice swings.

Always be aware and alert of the people swinging in your bay and other bays at all times when you are waiting or watching.

No trick shots or reckless swings are allowed. You will be liable for any damage.

Customers acknowledge The Golf Shed Warrnambool is under video surveillance for safety and security reasons. Tampering with a camera system will not be tolerated.

Customers acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes by The Golf Shed Warrnambool without compensation.

Please ensure your shoes are clean before entering the facility. Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted. No golf spikes are allowed; shoes must be worn at all times.

Keep food and drinks out of the simulator bays at all times.

This is a non-smoking venue. No smoking or vaping.

Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Likewise, use of the facility while under the influence of alcohol or any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Please ensure you stick to your booking times, if another booking is after you, they have priority over you. If not, you are welcome to finish the hole you are on.

Please be mindful and respectful to other people in the facility at all times.

We won't accept any liability for accidents or injury, due to neglect or any responsibility for the loss of or damage to property belonging to any of the customers, including the car park.

Members, guest and all customers at the venue acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and release The Golf Shed Warrnambool from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during their visit.

We recommend that patrons have their own personal liability insurance.

MEMBERSHIP EXTRA TERMS;

Membership can only be shared with immediate family.

Free hour can be booked 2 weeks in advance.

Extra hours can be booked 1 week in advance. Want to make sure all members can utilise free hour.

Member must be present with guests at all times.

Failure to abide by any of the above terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your time or membership without compensation.
